About the Damar Internship Program
As an Intensive Behavioral Intervention Intern, you’ll gain real-world, hands-on experience in the field of human services. Over the course of a 12-week summer internship, you’ll work closely with a team of highly qualified industry professionals and gain valuable exposure to our unique client population. Interns will learn skills related to direct behavior management, client observation, and development and documentation of specific behavior management plans. This is more than just an internship — it’s an opportunity for mentorship, leadership development, and coaching. You’ll not only have the chance to contribute to the success of our clients, but you’ll also be part of a network of other exceptional interns and practicum students, all driven by similar career goals.
